Moving the MENLO Waypoint doesn't address the noise issues that the Bay Area is experiencing. According to the FAA 15% of SFO Arrivals use the MENLO waypoint. Moving MENLO would shift noise to other communities without addressing the regional issues we all face.

Additionally, about 50% of South Bay arrivals are vectored off the flight path so moving the MENLO waypoint would further burden communities already experiencing flight noise.

To reduce jet noise throughout the peninsula we need to find sustainable long term solutions to reduce jet noise for all instead of trying to shift noise to other communicities.
